Project 65, which is raising funds for Service Charities to mark next year's 65th anniversary of D-Day, is extremely fortunate that Michael Bawtree has agreed to write, produce and present a specially created theatrical production about the daring coup-de-main operation when men of his Regiment captured the world famous Pegasus and Horsa bridges in Normandy, in the opening minutes of D-Day in June 1944.
